Solid build and seems like it will last a decent amount of time. The only complaint (4 vs 5) is that the cradle itself seems small (height wise) compared to most phones on the market (Google Pixel 6 with Otterbox). Although the phone does not fall out and stays solid it does feel a little tippy. If the lower arms could also extend down like the image on the web site shows this would be perfect.
